The thesis writing has been slow-going, and not very fun. Life in general has been keeping me busy, as well, which is why I haven't blogged much recently.
However, today I saw these two articles, and they made me smile. The first is about a couple in New Zealand that wanted to name their son "4Real", but were denied by the government. So they are naming him "Superman" instead. However, they insist that he will always be called "4Real", no matter what his birth certificate says. The New Zealand government claims that talks are ongoing.
The second article concerns a gigantic 8-foot tall Lego man who was fished out of the ocean in Holland. People who worked at the beach set him up near a drink vendor's stall.
Some things are too crazy to be fiction.
